Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return To start a return, you can contact us at info@signifystyle.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that courier charges for sending the parcel back to us will be paid by the customer.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized Neon Signs
- Customized Frame Lamps
- Customized Base Lamps
Please note that “change of mind” returns are not applicable. We also do not accept returns for items delayed beyond the stated delivery time. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Replacements Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24-48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Any item purchased from us can be replaced if found faulty or damaged. Customers must notify us within 7 days to be eligible for a replacement.
Warranty Signify Style offers a 6-month warranty on all store products. For more details, visit our product page at www.signifystyle.com/products.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your preferred payment method automatically.
